Renovations for 2024 are almost completed! A new two story addition, which includes a new second floor king suite and a first floor recreation room, will be finished soon. The home is also getting a fresh coat of paint on the inside and a new hot tub with a canalside view.
This charming cottage, Tern Pike, is perfect for one or two small families! Enjoy a quick trip to the beach for fun days in the sun - teach the kids to boogie board or build sandcastles. Bring or rent a kayak and explore the wonders of Back Bay or teach the kids to fish from the dock. When evening comes, find your favorite spot on the sun porch, screened porch or back deck to watch the glorious sunset and then enjoy some family time in the new rec room with its 2-in-1 ping pong / pool table and shuffleboard table. Even your family dog is welcome!
