The sound of the sea will lull you to sleep in the MBR/BA suite on 1st floor, which adjoins the porch via a sliding glass door. The 36'x16' LR/DR also adjoins the porch with 2 sliding glass doors. On this level are also the kitchen and ½ BA. Upstairs is loft-like with 4 BR 2 BA. 2 BRs (the blue and the yellow rooms, both with queen beds) have windows facing the sea. The other 2 BRs (both with pyramid bunks) have windows on the street-side. All BRs have cable TV. The 4 upstairs BRs each have individual AC units.
