- The Ninja Package: $50/person
Meals include side salad, hibachi vegetables, fried rice, and one choice of protein. For this package, the host will need to provide the table setup.
- The Samurai Package: $70/person
Meals include side salad, hibachi vegetables, fried rice, lo-mein noodles, two choices of protein. The service includes the setup of tables, chairs, linen tablecloths and napkins, restaurant plates and chargers, table runners, utensils, and chopsticks.
- The VIP Package: $130/person
Meals include Fiji water, side soup and salad, appetizer gyoza, hibachi vegetables, fried rice, lo-mein noodles, one choice of protein, one choice from VIP protein, and dessert cookies. The service includes the setup of tables, chairs, chair covers, linen tablecloths and napkins, table lights, gold napkin rings, restaurant plates and chargers, table runners, utensils, glasses, chopsticks, to-go boxes. Those booking the VIP package will receive priority scheduling.
Mt. Fuji Private Hibachi can accommodate most special diets, including those who are gluten-free, with prior notice to the Mt. Fuji team provided during scheduling. The minimum number of guests for a hibachi event on Wednesdays and Thursdays is 8 guests, but on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays the minimum is raised to 16 guests.
