Eight bedrooms have TVs (no TV in bunk room) and five have king beds. Six bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Four bedrooms face the ocean, two on each floor, and have sliding glass doors that lead to the huge outdoor deck area. If you're looking for some space to have a little fun, head down to the 1st floor and enjoy a friendly game of Pool on the new Pool Table.

Take in the fantastic panoramic ocean views from the East sundeck that spans the house's width while enjoying your morning coffee.

Outside, there's a gorgeous 16.5' X 32.5' Grecian Swimming Pool with 8' sun ledge, and plenty of decking for lounging to soak up the sun. The 7 person Hot Tub is a great addition and is perfectly located under the extended deck to offer some sun and shade! The poolside pergola is a great evening hangout with its bistro lights and loungers. Or, try the covered pool deck with its enclosed lounge area and bar top. There’s also an Astroturf game area - fun for cornhole.
