About The Regency South

This gorgeous oceanfront home, The Regency South, will be the highlight of your vacation. From the moment you enter, you’ll be awed by the attention to details and the walls of windows and sliders that draw your attention to the spectacular view.

Wake to stunning sunrises over the ocean or sleep in and enjoy your coffee on your private ocean front deck or on the covered 2nd floor deck while dolphins and pelicans cruise the waves. Breakfast is as casual or formal as you like in the spectacular gourmet kitchen featuring 2 full size refrigerators. 2 gas stoves, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, center island with sink, peninsula with sink and breakfast bar.

Find your perfect spot on the beach; then, take a swim, catch a wave or relax on the sand; all right outside the back gate. Maybe the pool is calling. Enjoy 3 pools - a year round heated indoor pool with color changing lights and bubblers with dolphin fountains, a large outdoor pool with dolphin fountains that’s connected to a small covered pool by a waterfall feature.

Spend the afternoon playing games in the arcade room, curl up with a book in the library, work a jigsaw puzzle on the game table or play a game of corn hole near the pool.

Prepare a gourmet or family style dinner in the well-stocked kitchen or order out from a local restaurant. Enjoy dinner by the pool, on the deck or at the granite table with ocean views and seating for 28. Extra tables for even more seating in the same area.

After dinner head to the pub style sports bar and the billiard room. Watch television (6 televisions in the area), use the countertop poker machine, enjoy a drink, play pool, or play cards at the game table. Maybe a glass of wine at the wine bar and tasting table sounds like a better idea.

Later watch a favorite movie in the theater room with stadium and bar seating. Take a late night swim with all the multicolored lights and bubbles. Sit out on the covered deck and unwind with family and friends while you watch the moon and stars.

The Regency South will take your breath away…and you’ll want to share it with your favorite people…so reserve now!
