Boathouse

Drop anchor at Boathouse— the endless ocean views and sunny days await!

Step inside the bright yellow teak door and into a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows framing the Atlantic. Whether you’re spotting dolphins from the couch or relaxing on the wraparound deck, you’ll be surrounded by sun, shade, and sea breezes.

The open kitchen is nicely updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, coffee station, and a large island with ample seating. The dining table seats 8, and the adjacent living area offers a 70" flat-screen TV with surround sound and over 300 DVDs for movie night.

A daybed in the living room offers extra sleeping space. TVs in every bedroom, high-speed WiFi, books, and games keep everyone entertained.

Downstairs, the rec room features ping pong, electronic basketball, a second fridge, and a TV lounge area. Outside, enjoy a covered lanai with picnic table, grill, bar, and outdoor shower.
