At The Turn

⚓ All 4 Bathrooms have been remodeled for the 2026 season! ⚓ Pack your sunscreen and leave your worries at home — At The Turn is calling your name!

This nearly 4,000 sq. ft. corner-lot beauty offers the ultimate beach getaway for the whole crew, with great beach access and room to spread out in a big way.

Soak up the sun (or shade!) across four decks, including a stunning rooftop deck with breathtaking Atlantic views. Take a dip in the solar-heated 20' x 40' pool with a Jacuzzi loveseat or kick back on the screened porch overlooking it all. A convenient poolside half bath keeps the fun flowing without any interruptions.

Inside, the vaulted Great Room and spacious Den/BR7, each with a decorative fireplace, give everyone plenty of room to relax and reconnect. The fully loaded kitchen features a double oven and two dishwashers, so your family's culinary crew can cook up feasts without the elbow wars. Master suites on both levels come with jetted tubs for well-earned end-of-day bliss.

Still have energy after a day at the beach? Shoot pool in the Den, hit the 20' x 20' lit basketball court, spike it on the volleyball court, or challenge the kids to backyard games. Books, videos, and games are stocked for quieter moments too.

Pool heating note: Solar heating can bring the water 8 to 12 degrees warmer than an unheated pool. Results depend on daytime sunshine and mild overnight temperatures.
