Sand Torini

Escape to your dream beach getaway at Sand Torini! This brand-new semi-oceanfront 10-bedroom, 11-full, and 3-half bathroom home is the ultimate family oasis, offering endless amenities for everyone.

With three levels of spacious and beautifully appointed indoor and outdoor gathering areas, you’ll have the perfect balance of togetherness and room to spread out. An elevator makes it easy to move between floors.

The first floor is all about fun and features a kitchenette (with full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee bar), a theatre room, a recreation room (with a pool table, shuffleboard and foosball), and a well-equipped gym (with treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, yoga mats, weights and a smart TV). Two bedrooms—1 with wider 36” doors leading to a king bed and private bath, and the other with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and its own bath—are also located on this floor, along with an additional full bathroom off the main hallway.

The second floor is the ideal place to unwind, with 5 bedrooms, including 3 king suites (one with its own private balcony), 1 queen bedroom, and a room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There’s also a spacious den at the center of this level with a queen pullout sofa. A half bathroom and laundry closet are also featured on this floor. Sliding glass doors off the den lead to a wrap around deck and stairs leading down to the ground level.

On the third floor, an open floor plan offers views of the Atlantic Ocean from a spacious and inviting family room, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with long center island, and 2 distinct dining areas that are a great gathering spot for meals and memories. Sliding glass doors off the family room and dining areas lead to decks on both the front and back of the house. This level also has a half bathroom and 3 more king bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which features its own private balcony.

After a day on the beach, relax in the hot tub, take a dip in the pool, play corn hole, enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar or just soak in the ocean breeze from one of the many decks. Two private outdoor showers and a half bathroom are also located by the outdoor bar.

Electric car charger is also available.
