Glave

Situated right across the street from the surf and easy beach access just one house north, this uniquely designed home, Glave, was built by the father, an architect, of the current second generation owner. It features an open, spacious feeling with its oversized Great Room and a Loft which overlooks the main living area. The enclosed porch is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and an amazing sunrise. The sundecks further compliment the inviting appeal of the Glave with open and covered deck options and where the view of Back Bay sunsets is breathtaking! Use the Sea Kayak provided to explore all the bay or the ocean have to offer.

After your day of fun on the beach, retreat to your own private swimming pool. Swim laps, splash with the kids, or just float in the water. This is relaxation at it's finest!

In addition to two new bedrooms downstairs, there is also a new bath with tiled shower and double vanity. The second floor sunroom has been expanded and looks out over the pool plus it has a new wetbar with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and Keurig.

Glave keeps getting better every year...book now before the best weeks are gone!
