Hang Ten

🐚 New to Siebert for the 2026 season 🐚 Ride the wave of relaxation—Hang Ten style!

Gather the whole crew and get ready for fun at Hang Ten, a 10-bedroom, 6 and 1 half bathroom beach retreat built for memory-making. With easy beach access and plenty of space to spread out—and come together—this beautiful home is the perfect location for your next family getaway.

As you walk upstairs, you step into the open-concept main living area that is bright and inviting, with a vaulted ceiling and cozy seating, a 75-inch smart TV, and a front wall of windows for natural light and outdoor views. Just off the main living area is a spacious kitchen including 2 refrigerators, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers to support entertaining your whole crew. On the back side of the home, you will find the dining area and sunroom which looks out over the pool and provides views of picture perfect Sandbridge sunsets. Two separate bedroom wings on this level allow multi-family privacy, as well as room to spread out. Each wing has three bedrooms and two baths, including a primary suite with a luxurious bathroom.

The lower level is all about play, featuring a den space with a TV, foosball, a classic arcade game, and a wet bar with a microwave and mini fridge. Four bedrooms are located on this floor —two Queens, a bunk room with two Twin-over-Twin bunks, and a room with two Twin beds. Along with the TVs in the main areas, each bedroom has its own TV to keep everyone entertained. Fresh linens on all beds await your arrival.

Step outside to your private outdoor oasis. The sparkling in-ground pool is the star of the show—perfect for a refreshing dip during the day or a relaxing float in the evening. Lounge poolside in the sun, challenge the crew to a round of corn hole or ping pong, or enjoy snacks and cold drinks under the shade of the covered patio. Plus, you’ll have your pick of two front decks and a rear deck—perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying the ocean breeze, or sneaking away for a little peace and quiet. The Gas and Charcoal grills make mealtime a breeze, and the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after a trip to the beach. An EV outlet is also available.
