Life Is Good

Life Is Good is designed for effortless coastal living from sunrise to starlight. Start your mornings on the open beach directly across the street, spend your afternoons relaxing by your private salt-water swimming pool or lounging on the expansive deck with ample seating, and wind down your evenings soaking in the new, larger hot tub under the stars or enjoying ocean breezes from the screened porch. Now that’s a vacation.

Sunbathe, read, or simply laze the day away on one of the many open and covered decks, thoughtfully furnished with Adirondack chairs and dolphin-watch seating. Inside, the vaulted-ceiling great room creates an inviting gathering space, complete with a decorative fireplace. The home is equipped with cable-ready Samsung Smart LCD TVs, so bring your streaming logins and catch up on your favorite shows. The upstairs family room features a 55” wall-mounted TV, while the downstairs offers a 65” wall-mounted TV with surround sound for a true movie-theater experience.

Upstairs, a cozy sunroom with sweeping surf views provides the perfect retreat for reading or relaxing. Pamper yourself in one of the two jetted tubs, each with separate showers. Additional amenities include ceiling fans in every bedroom, a second refrigerator, a ping-pong table in the garage (weekly Beer Pong Champions encouraged), games, books, four adult bikes, and plenty of pool toys—everything you need for a memorable getaway.
