Pelican Party

Beach living on a grand scale! This magnificent 3,500-square-foot home sets the stage for the ultimate vacation experience. Designed with space and comfort in mind, Pelican Party features three expansive living areas, a large outdoor spa on the west deck, and a rooftop deck perfect for catching unforgettable ocean sunrises and bay sunsets.

Outside, little ones can climb, swing, and play in the backyard playground, or splash the day away in your very own private swimming pool. After a long day at the beach—just a short walk down the path—you can relax in the spa or catch the evening breeze on the screened porch. Feeling adventurous? Take some bikes along for a ride through Sandbridge to explore the area and enjoy the salty air (please call to inquire about bike availability).

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area, a well-equipped kitchen, two charming sunroom/dens, and spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage. While the adults unwind upstairs, the kids will love hanging out in the first-floor game room—complete with a ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, flat screen TV, and microwave. There’s even a Wii system (bring your favorite games)! In the evenings, enjoy a family movie night with the home’s video collection.

With room for everyone and amenities for every age, Pelican Party is your ticket to the vacation of a lifetime!
