Happy Ours

At Happy Ours, the name says it all—this cheerful retreat is all yours for sunshine, smiles, and sweet family memories! This three-level home is packed with cozy spots, thoughtful touches, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind.

The lower level is a kid (and fun!) zone with two bedrooms, a full bath, and a rec room featuring an air hockey table and plenty of board games—hours of friendly competition guaranteed. The middle floor is the heart of the home with a bright living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and the king suite—perfect for the adults to retreat and recharge. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom, additional sleeping, and a semi-private nook bedroom with a twin-over-twin trundle and curtain, plus a shared hall bath—a sweet setup for the kids or friends.

Outside, the good times keep rolling with a private swimming pool wrapped by a lovely tiered deck. Sip your favorite drink at the cabana bar, lounge poolside soaking up the sun, or find shade on the lower deck and relax with a good book.

The multi-level decking on the west side offers the perfect spot to savor after-dinner drinks while watching spectacular sunsets over Back Bay. Out front, the east-facing deck treats you to stunning sunrises. And the best part? The beach is just a few minutes from the house, so sandy toes are never far away.

Please note, fireplaces and garage are not available for guest use.

Whether you're poolside, beach-bound, or decked out with a view, Happy Ours makes every hour a happy one. Reserve today!
