7th Inning Stretch

Take me out to the beach life… at 7th Inning Stretch!

This Sandbridge retreat offers the best of both worlds, with direct beach access just two streets away and a canal to Back Bay in your own backyard. Whether your crew is chasing waves, casting a line, or paddling out to explore, this home puts all the bases within reach.

Inside, you’ll find a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere with hardwood floors, bright coastal touches, and just the right amount of baseball charm. The kitchen makes mealtime easy with stainless steel appliances, a spacious breakfast bar, and plenty of cookware. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the whole family will appreciate the movie library plus a cheerful collection of books, puzzles, and games for those quieter evenings at home.

Outdoor living is where 7th Inning Stretch really shines. Greet the day with ocean sunrises, wind down with glowing Back Bay sunsets, and in between, take advantage of the roomy decks and the classic porch swing—the perfect spot to sip on something cool. Rinse off after a beach day and head straight for a refreshing swim in the pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Feeling adventurous? Grab one of the two tandem kayaks and explore the calm waters of Back Bay.
