This comfortable and roomy 3000 sq ft home has lots to offer for your fun family vacation... two living areas, remodeled kitchen, and large multi-level decks. Six bedrooms, including a King Master with private bath on each level, will easily accommodate your family and friends. Enjoy hours of family fun splashing in the HUGE 20'x40' Swimming Pool and there's plenty of room to play outdoor games in the fenced backyard. Soak up the sun on the top deck or relax in the private Hot Tub. Enjoy the ocean view and glorious sunrises and sunsets from both the front and top decks. Fish or crab from your dock on the corner of the canal, or paddle out to enjoy the peace of the Back Bay in the 16' tandem touring kayak. For additional safety, access to the canal is gated. When indoors, challenge one another to some foosball in the Rec Room, choose a movie from the video/DVD library to watch on the 55" Flat Panel TV, or select a board game to play. Two large closets provide extra storage for your beach gear and coolers. Woodstove is decorative only. Double-wide Driveway on Tuna Lane with overflow parking on grass. Your family dog is also welcome (Max. of 2; No Puppies, please).
