Sunset Beach

Welcome to Sunset Beach—your relaxing retreat on the water, where laid-back family fun is the focus. This custom-built coastal getaway sits right on the canal, so you can launch the kayak or canoe straight from the backyard and explore the beauty of Back Bay at your own pace.

The main living area features vaulted ceilings and large windows that frame the gorgeous water views. Whether you're gathered for a family meal, lounging with a good book, or catching a sunset from the sunroom, the open-concept space makes it easy to unwind together. Multiple decks offer the perfect perch for soaking up the sun, enjoying a breeze, or watching the sky light up at dusk.

There’s fun for everyone with ping pong, basketball, horseshoes, and plenty of room to play. After a day on the water or at the beach, gather the crew for some friendly competition—or just kick back and relax.

When it’s time to recharge, the home offers plenty of comfortable sleeping space for the whole family. On the main level, you’ll find two King bedrooms, a Queen bedroom, and a room with two Twin beds—each thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Downstairs, there’s a cozy nook with a daybed and pullout Twin, ideal for kids and teens.

From peaceful mornings with coffee on the deck to sunset paddles on the bay, Sunset Beach is a family favorite made for memory-making.
