With direct water access to Back Bay, you can fish from the stone pad, launch a kayak, or simply sit canal-side and let the good vibes roll in.

When it's time to play, the backyard delivers with a private pool, pergola, corn hole, horseshoes, ping pong, volleyball, and an oversized outdoor shower.
