Sunset Bay

Welcome to Sunset Bay, your third-floor perch above the calm, shimmering waters of Back Bay! This west-facing condo serves up those postcard-perfect sunset views right from your private balcony—think incredible golden skies, salty air, and the perfect backdrop for evening snacks, board games, or that “one more picture” moment.

Inside, you’ll find a cheerful and comfortable layout designed with families in mind. The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, giving everyone space to settle in and unwind after a day of sun and sand. With 4 Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi, you can stream, plan a family movie night, or keep the kids entertained during downtime. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig for easy coffee runs before your morning beach walk.

When you're ready to head outside, you’ll have access to the community’s outdoor pool and elevator, making every day feel like a vacation (without the workout of hauling gear up stairs!). We’ve also got you covered with a garage-level storage room, stocked beach chairs, and one assigned parking space (plus a second pass available).

From splashing in the pool to watching the sun melt into the bay, this condo is all about easygoing beach living and memory-making. Whether you’re here for family fun or the world’s most peaceful nap, Sunset Bay is the perfect place to drop your bags, kick off your flip-flops, and settle into the coastal rhythm. Enjoy the breeze—we saved you the best seat! × Notice: The Cabana Bar is not currently open. You can still come soak up the sun and enjoy the water at the Cabana Pool from June through September!
