Surrounded by trees and just one house away from beach access on Sandpiper Road, you’ll love the uncrowded shoreline just a short stroll away. Bring your bikes and explore this quieter stretch of Sandbridge, where the pace is slower, and the days stretch a little longer.

Step inside to a bright, open living space where high ceilings and skylights let the sunshine in. The layout is perfect for family time—whether you're watching a movie, playing games, or sharing a meal. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, while the cozy sunroom offers a quiet spot to read or relax.

On the main level, there are two King bedrooms, a room with two Twin beds, and a Queen Sleep Sofa in the sunroom. On the lower level, you’ll find a Queen bedroom along with another Queen Sleep Sofa, offering extra flexibility for larger families.

The front porch is a peaceful place to sip your morning coffee or unwind after the beach, and there's room for your pup too—this cozy cottage is dog-friendly! (Please note: decorative fireplace is not available for guest use.)
