The family room welcomes guests with its vaulted ceilings, bright and airy atmosphere, and large flatscreen TV. This room’s central location on the third floor makes it the perfect spot to cozy up on the leather sofas and reminisce on your day exploring the beauty of Sandbridge Beach. Adjacent to the family room is the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials needed to whip up some family favorites! The large kitchen island and sparkling granite countertops provide ample space for preparing meals, and the double oven and smooth top range are sure to be a hit with the family chef.

The first floor is home to a large primary bedroom and private bath. Guests staying in this room will love having their very own private deck, flatscreen TV, and view of the swimming pool. There are three well-furnished and welcoming bedrooms on the second floor. A large bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and its own flatscreen TV is perfect for the younger crowd. The remaining two second-level bedrooms each offer a comfortable Queen-sized bed, tasteful décor, and their own flatscreen TV, and one of them has its very own en-suite bath. On the third floor, guests will find a main suite fit for royalty with a King-sized bed, private access to the top deck, and an expansive and luxurious private bath with a soaking tub.

The backyard is a private oasis which gives guests an amazing spot to relax at home after a day at the beach. There’s no better place to find some serenity than taking a dip in the 40-foot in-ground swimming pool or enjoying a cocktail with friends at the poolside cabana bar. If you get hungry, fire up the gas grill provided and cook up some burgers! You can also enjoy a family game of corn hole in the backyard or ping pong in the garage (no room for car).
