Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with the ocean breeze and the call of the gulls soaring overhead. Head out to the beach in the morning to catch some waves and build sandcastles and then relax by the pool in the afternoon. Life doesn't get any better than this...it's A Suite Life!

Notice: The Sanctuary plans to open its pools and fitness centers this season but an opening date has not been given at this time. Please keep in mind that these plans can always change based on mandates from the Virginia Beach Health Department or the Governor's office.

Please note: Exterior Painting, Balcony and other miscellaneous repairs are ongoing on the East and South sides of Building B through May. Scaffolding has been placed around both of these sides of the building and will obstruct the balcony access and as well as the views. Scaffolding may also rattle and vibrate during windy conditions. Work hours are between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., possibly including Saturday and Sunday, and all balconies are closed during these working hours. Each balcony will be removed, repaired and reinstalled and during the removal process, caution tape and a notice will be posted on the outside of the sliding glass doors and YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE BALCONY. Temporary construction rails will be put up but these are NOT safety rails. After the repaired railings are reinstalled, the tape and notice will be removed from the doors.

The Sanctuary at False Cape Condominium Association has entered into a contract to resurface the breezeways in both 3700 Sandpiper Rd and 3738 Sandpiper Rd as well as the courtyard/pool deck of 3738 Sandpiper Rd. This project is scheduled to occur between April 6, 2021 and May 25, 2021 with regular work being completed Monday through Saturday and work occurring on Sundays as necessary. Preliminary work to prepare the site, materials, and breezeway surfaces is to occur during the first week of April followed by the application of the new coating.
