Barefoot Cottage is a classic Sandbridge beach home with a ton of exciting improvements for its guests. This five-bedroom, five-bath getaway is located just across the street from beach access in the heart of Sandbridge.
Upon entry on the lower level, the touches of coastal décor and tasteful furnishings in the living area will certainly catch your eye. A comfortable sectional and large smart TV are ready for movie nights with the family! Adjacent to the living area is the gourmet kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has been beautifully tiled and outfitted with stainless steel appliances and cooking necessities. The wide countertops provide ample space for cooking up some family favorites, which can be enjoyed at the dining table or the kitchen bar—take your pick! This main level is also home to a bright and peaceful enclosed glass sunporch, perfect for relaxing and reading a good book. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the main level of Barefoot Cottage, including one primary suite.
The upper level offers an additional family room with another flatscreen TV. Make your way through the door in the upper-level family room to find yourself on a gorgeous, expansive deck with ocean views and plenty of space to kick back and catch some rays. There is a hallway bath with a shower on this level, as well as a second primary suite and an additional bedroom.
The backyard is a true oasis. Complete with a private, sparkling pool, cabana and shaded sitting area, plus a second cabana with ping pong, you might never want to leave! There is also a gas grill provided for guest use. The fifth bathroom is located on the main level of the house and has outside access—no more worrying about wet feet making their way through the house! There’s also a second laundry room outside – very convenient for pool and beach towels and swimsuits.
