check-in package. If you have a more immediate question regarding an upcoming reservation, making a reservation, or are currently experiencing

Cleaning: Cleanliness is of course going to be one of our top priorities for our incoming guests. For the time being, we have extended our check in time to 4pm, to give our housekeepers extra time to be sure everything, especially high traffic areas of the properties, are properly sanitized. The Housekeepers have been directed to sanitize by spraying surfaces with disinfecting spray. We also have instructed them to take extra time in cleaning the door knobs, light switches, hand rails, and heavy touched surfaces.
Condos: Due to current restrictions on fitness and exercise facilities, the condominium association for Sandbridge Dunes is keeping their fitness center and pool closed until further notice. The condominium association at The Sanctuary is keeping the fitness centers and hot tubs closed. Please contact our office prior to booking or arrival to check on the current status.
