Payment Options
Siebert Realty has several payment methods available to accommodate your budgeting needs.

Vaca-Lay-Away Plan
- 20% Due within 5 days (+ Optional Travel Insurance) and the balance is divided into equal monthly payments beginning one month after placing the reservation and ending one month prior to arrival date.
- Minimum of 4 months required between placing the reservation and arrival date.
- Monthly payments must be automatically withdrawn from a U.S. bank account via ACH to qualify.

50% Down
For 2024 reservations - Pay 50% of Rent + Optional Travel Insurance within 5 days.

100% Down
Pay 100% of Rent + Optional Travel Insurance at time of booking.

booking or reservations will be cancelled without notice.
