Property Description

Atlantic Lookout is a bright and contemporary beach getaway ready to welcome guests with open arms. The natural light in this home is amazing with the multitude of windows perfectly placed around the house. An added bonus are the beautiful views of the Sandbridge sunrises and sunsets captured from the upper floor decks.

The great room, dining room, kitchen and half bath can be found on the top level of Atlantic Lookout. This kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. After cooking up a delicious meal, the chef of the family can step into the great room and relax on one of the comfortable leather couches. The large flat screen TV makes this room perfect for a family movie night! Fireplace not available for guest use.

The four bedrooms can be found on the unique split middle level. The king main suite features a beautiful private bath and flat screen TV. The second king bedroom has a private balcony, which is the perfect place to take in the fresh bay breeze. The queen and twin/double bunk rooms share an oceanside deck.

Atlantic Lookout’s backyard is a dream. A gorgeous private pool, a jetted hot tub, and lounge chairs galore, greet guests as they walk out to the gated pool area. Adjacent to the pool is a covered area with a grill and plenty of room to take a break from the sun if need be. The beach access is close by, so guests will be able to easily split their time between the waves and the pool.
