This appropriately named condo has a western exposure overlooking Back Bay and the third floor private balcony offers guests a phenomenal view of the vibrant and iconic Sandbridge sunsets. Each of the three bedrooms have a television and DVD player, the living room features a large flat screen TV and a Wii, and the condo is outfitted with a Sonos sound system for guest entertainment. Play some of your favorite music while relaxing on the balcony furnished with tables and chairs.

Seven Sunsets’ location on the south end of Sandbridge is not only scenic, but also convenient. The kitchen is equipped with the necessities and appliances but if the chef of the family needs a break, your group can head to the Baja, Jose Tequila’s, or the Cabana Bar, for a bite to eat. The Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Little Island State Park, and False Cape State Park are right down the street from this property. The beach is two minutes away on the east side of the building. Adventure is right around every corner in Sandbridge!

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Notice: Exterior painting is scheduled to take place through May 2024. The hot tub is not operational and is not expected to be available this off season.
