The bedrooms are appropriately equipped for two families with two king bedrooms (one is an oceanside master suite with private bath) and two kid-friendly bedrooms with either bunks or twin beds. The downstairs bedroom with a/c unit, half bath and outside access is perfect for teens who want a little more privacy. The screened porch will be a favorite spot with its picnic table for dining or take advantage of the picnic table on the deck. Rooftop deck affords awesome ocean and bay views.
