The upstairs loft provides additional relaxation space, with a large seating/TV area. This area includes a retractable room divider that encloses two twin beds and a king bed if added privacy is desired. The upper loft area also provides a full third bathroom with tub/shower.

There are TWO assigned covered parking spaces with this unit, as well as additional parking adjacent to the covered parking area. A locked storage room for keeping your sandy beach items handy is available to you on the garage level. Just walk across to the beautiful life guard protected beach to enjoy your day, or wander north for a more private beach experience. After a day in the sun, relax at the condo’s beautiful pool area before heading out to one of the many wonderful restaurants close to Sandbridge.
