Two additional bedrooms on the upper level include bedroom 3 with a king bed and sliding glass doors to the composite deck overlooking the pool; and bedroom 4 with two sets of twin bunk beds, dimmable light, and kids books and games. There are no doors to outside from bedroom 4. The lower level features two spacious suites: bedroom 5 with a second lounge area with a sofa, large TV, kitchenette, two queen beds and an on-suite bathroom; and bedroom 6 with a queen, twin bunks and on-suite bathroom, plus access to the side patio.

Now, get outside and enjoy the beach vibes! The large ocean-view front deck features composite decking, two composite dining sets and lounge furniture, with direct access to bedrooms 1, 2, and the living room. The pool-view back deck also features composite decking, composite Adirondack chairs and direct access to the pool, dining room, and bedroom 3.

Splash in the solar-heated pool and enjoy a spacious covered area with two ceiling fans, gas grill, and picnic tables for family meals and unwinding in the shade. Sun-lovers will appreciate the enlarged patio for corn hole or relaxing in lounge chairs with a good book. The outdoor shower offers hot and cold water, and a separate lower spray for feet, toys, and pets.

Rainy day or too much sun? Hang out in the air-conditioned and heated Recreation Room with Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, TV and other games! The Rec Room is accessible from the pool or house and includes a half bath and a second full-sized refrigerator for extra food and drinks.
