The ground level features a bedroom with two twin beds and a half bath with easy access for both the bedroom and the pool.

The main level great room features a well-appointed living room with 42” TV as well as a sunroom that’s perfect for curling up with a good book. This level also features an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a separate ice maker, dining space for the whole family and the laundry room with a wine fridge. A second half bath serves the common areas. The downstairs den overlooks the pool, features a 42” TV and is great for anyone who wants to kick back and relax or for the kids to have their own space.

Outside, your tropical oasis awaits with private Swimming Pool, Tiki Bar with small refrigerator and Palapa for shaded comfort. Enjoy sunny days splashing around with the kids and then, when the sun goes down, you can unwind while floating under the stars.
