The 1st Floor features 4 bedrooms, a huge Theater Room with a 120" viewing screen for movie watching (blu-ray player provided so bring your favorite movies) and stadium seating with leather recliners for 11, plus bar seating for 7; and a game room with ping pong and foosball for hours of family fun.

The 2nd Floor features a spacious Sitting Room with wide screen TV and shuffleboard table; a full Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave; a breakfast nook; and 7 bedrooms.

The 3rd Floor features one King and one Queen Master Suite; a living room with gas logs fireplace (available October through April and are not to be used in high wind conditions), wide screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating; a den area with billiards table, TV, fireplace and seating; a spacious kitchen providing ample room for multiple chefs to create a feast for your whole family, plus a long bar that's a perfect place for the kids to snack or eat...and the dining room features three separate tables that can accommodate the adults!

You'll love the multiple levels of decking including a rooftop deck for catching those amazing Atlantic sunrises and the sunsets over Back Bay! You can see FOREVER! Best of all, this home offers two Pools! The eastside outdoor pool is great for soaking up some summer sun and the southside pool is enclosed from mid-October through April with a dome cover to provide a "greenhouse effect" for hours of year round fun.
