With accommodations for up to 32 guests and 13 spacious bedrooms across three floors, Atlantic Retreat is built for big gatherings done right. Gleaming hardwood floors, soothing colors, and multiple living areas make this 3rd row Sandbridge home as comfortable as it is impressive.

The first floor sets a high bar for fun with a theater room featuring a 120" viewing screen, stadium seating with leather recliners for 11, and bar seating for 7. A game room with ping pong and foosball keeps everyone entertained when the movie credits roll.

The second floor offers a sitting room with wide screen TV and shuffleboard table, a full kitchen, breakfast nook, and seven additional bedrooms — plenty of breathing room for the whole crew.

The third floor is where the group comes together, with a spacious kitchen designed for multiple chefs, a long snack bar for the kids, and a dining room with three separate tables for the adults. A living room with gas logs fireplace, wide screen TV, and a den with billiards table round out this floor nicely. The fireplace is available October through April and should not be used in high wind conditions.

Outside, two pools keep the fun going year round. The eastside outdoor pool is perfect for summer sun, while the southside pool gets a dome cover from mid-October through April for a greenhouse effect. Multiple decking levels including a rooftop deck deliver stunning Atlantic sunrises and sweeping views of Back Bay at sunset.

Some places just have a way of bringing everyone together and Atlantic Retreat is one of them!
