Upstairs is where everyone gathers. The bright and inviting great room is the heart of the home, featuring comfortable sofas and chairs, a large flatscreen TV, and plenty of puzzles and games for family game nights after a day at the beach. The adjoining kitchen is both charming and functional, with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. The dining tables comfortably seat your whole crew, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.

Also on the upper level is one of the home’s two king master suites, offering a peaceful retreat with a private bath that includes double sinks and a large shower. Step outside onto the decks to enjoy ocean breezes and views. The front of the house features both a sunny porch with ocean views and outdoor seating, as well as a covered porch with a ceiling fan—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the shade after a day in the surf.

Downstairs offers even more space for fun and relaxation. The recreation room features a pool table and large flatscreen TV, making it a favorite hangout spot for kids and adults alike. The garage adds additional entertainment with a foosball table and a second refrigerator—perfect for drinks, snacks, and beach-day supplies. A horseshoe toss area is just outside the garage as well.

The lower level also features the home’s second king master suite, complete with a private bath that includes a jetted soaking tub and a separate shower—a great place to unwind after a day in the sun. In total, the home offers five bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping space for the entire group.

Outside is where Sandbridge living really shines. After a quick walk back from the beach, rinse off in the new outdoor shower with hot and cold water before relaxing by the private pool.
