As you walk upstairs, you step into the open-concept main living area that is bright and inviting, with a vaulted ceiling and cozy seating, a 75-inch smart TV, and a front wall of windows for natural light and outdoor views. Just off the main living area is a spacious kitchen including 2 refrigerators, 2 sinks, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers to support entertaining your whole crew. On the back side of the home, you will find the dining area and sunroom which looks out over the pool and provides views of picture perfect Sandbridge sunsets. Two separate bedroom wings on this level allow multi-family privacy, as well as room to spread out. Each wing has three bedrooms and two baths, including a primary suite with a luxurious bathroom.

The lower level is all about play, featuring a den space with a TV, foosball, a classic arcade game, and a wet bar with a microwave and mini fridge. Four bedrooms are located on this floor —two Queens, a bunk room with two Twin-over-Twin bunks, and a room with two Twin beds. Along with the TVs in the main areas, each bedroom has its own TV to keep everyone entertained. Fresh linens on all beds await your arrival.
