Walk out onto the massive 3rd floor sun deck and enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean views. If you are an early riser, you will enjoy fabulous ocean sunrises - pairs well with a good cup of coffee! Added bonus, the front deck provides romantic sunsets over tranquil Back Bay canals.

The third floor features a Great Room with a large sectional couch, swivel chairs, and a love seat. Stream your favorite games or movies on the 55" Smart TV hung above an Electric Logs Fireplace. The two ceiling fans provide a built-in island breeze! We have a large fully equipped kitchen with Granite countertops and an Italian ceramic tiled floor. Appliances include 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! The breakfast bar has seating for 7. We provide two dining areas each featuring grand 8-person dining tables, as well as a bonus table for children. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. Bring your laptop so you can surf the net, as there is an abundance of fun things to do and places to eat!

The second level features a fully equipped Recreation Room featuring a Brunswick Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Ping-Pong table, Shuffleboard Table, golf putting mat, and Dart board. The mini sports bar kitchenette is equipped with its own 55” Smart TV, full sized refrigerator, and wet bar. The expansive covered deck on the second floor is great for sitting outside if it rains, or a shaded meal overlooking the swimming pool. The front decks offer additional seating and face the Back Bay canals.

To beach or not to beach, that is the question... Beach access path 2 homes away, exits directly across from the beach access. Relaxing poolside in the sunshine until fully baked, then jumping into the pool is a refreshing alternative. The 5-person hot tub and private outdoor shower complete the aquatic Island experience. The pool area is completely fenced in for added privacy. Outdoor recreation includes AstroTurf play area, Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Bocci Ball, Ping-Pong table and a Poolside Basketball Hoop.
