Well-appointed & spacious throughout with 2 living areas, complete with 50" Flat Panel TVs, Leg A' Sea is a must for large family reunions. Relax on the 2 Oceanside decks constructed entirely with Trex and tempered glass panels to enhance your view. The decks span the entire width of the house - 48' - and are multi-level to maximize sun or shade. This one piece fiberglass pool has ceramic dolphins and fiber optic lighting. Large concrete patio near pool with plexiglass panels. There's also a swirling spa/hot tub available to provide hours of unwinding and relaxation. Excellent parking facilities. Reserve early!
Please note: Pools heated by a solar heat system typically have the potential for the water temperature to get 8-12 degrees warmer than an unheated pool. The maximum temperature is dependent on consistent warm, sunny weather during the day and a relatively small night-time temperature drop.
