Start your day by stepping from your bedroom onto one of the expansive decks and watch the sun rise across the horizon. Linger while dolphins frolic and surfers cut their paths through the waves. Then, set up for sunbathing or take a morning stroll along the beach, just a few steps across the path. Help yourself to a well-stocked supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and other toys to enjoy your time on the beach. In the afternoon, enter your backyard oasis, complete with pool, hot tub, and pergola with bar, alfresco dining, and two gas grills with side burners perfect for making a shrimp boil! Help yourself to pool toys, floats, and lounge chairs. Challenge the kids to cornhole or ping pong.

The poolside cabana is a favorite family gathering spot and features ample seating, dining tables, a 60-inch Smart-TV with DirecTV, Bluetooth Speakers to play your favorite beach music, and a charging station for your devices.

This home has seven (7) bedrooms that are spacious, bright, and individually-themed featuring original artwork from local artists. The five (5) KING OCEANVIEW bedrooms (three (3) are en suite!) have deck access and 43-inch Smart TVs with DirecTV. The two (2) family-friendly bedrooms have 32-inch Roku TVs and share a buddy bath.

The top floor features a great room that overlooks the ocean and opens onto a wrap-around deck with Poly Adirondack chairs plus a table and chairs for Oceanview alfresco dining. The great room is equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV with DirecTV, Bose Sound System, PlayStation 5, Wii, comfortable sofas, and an electric fireplace. The kitchen/dining area is appointed with granite countertops and a myriad of gadgets that make cooking a breeze. You might even mix up some frozen drinks in the Margaritaville Machine! The game room features a poker/game table and includes shelves packed with family-favorite games, puzzles, and books for hours of fun. The mermaid ensuite bedroom features east and south ocean views and deck access. The powder room completes the rooms on the top floor.

The main level includes six (6) bedrooms, five (5) full bathrooms, and a laundry room with two (2) washers and dryers, a utility sink, and iron/ironing board.
