This cheerful, light-filled beach house is the perfect setup for multiple families, with a layout that offers space to gather and room to spread out.
Inside, the spacious cathedral-ceiling Great Room sets the stage for family meals, beachy board games, or curling up with a movie after a long day in the sun. And while the decorative woodstove isn’t for guest use, the cozy vibes are very real.
On the main floor, two bedrooms and a bath on each side of the Great Room create a smart and family-friendly floor plan, while a fifth bedroom and additional full bath downstairs make it easy to host the whole gang. (Bonus: one upstairs bath and the downstairs bath have been recently updated!) Bedroom 5 also features a bunk bed and cozy den-style seating—perfect for younger guests or a quiet movie night.
Step outside and you’re practically on the sand—the multi-level oceanside deck leads right to the beach! Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, keep an eye on the kids playing in the surf, or retreat to the shaded lower deck to stay cool during warm afternoons or summer sprinkles.
