This charming, light, and bright condo is newly refreshed and is decorated to soothe your soul…it’s SereniSea, named after serenity—the state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled!

With a comfortably furnished living space, ample seating at the dining table and a spacious and modern, well stocked kitchen…plus two bedrooms and two full baths…SereniSea is perfectly sized for your smaller family vacation.

The king bedroom offers a TV, a large ensuite bath and balcony access to enjoy the views. The second bedroom features a queen bed and easy access to the hall full bath.

You’ll love the south facing balconies with endless views of both the ocean and the bay! The balcony off the main living room offers comfortable seating for dining, enjoying a beverage, or just relaxing to enjoy the view. SereniSea is also conveniently close to the elevator for ease in loading and unloading groceries and luggage. The garage level assigned parking spot is also close to the elevator and the storage unit.

Time spent at the beach will also refresh your spirit whether you are splashing in the waves or just soaking up the sea air and sun (yay vitamin D!). Enjoy your mornings on the beach, lunch at the condo and then your afternoons by the pool. This is what vacations are all about!

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library, and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Notice: Roof replacement is scheduled to take place from early November 2023 through May 2024. Exterior painting is scheduled to take place through May 2024. The hot tub is not operational and is not expected to be available this off season.
