Ship Shape is full of custom touches and refreshing beach colors to soothe and relax you the minute you walk in the door. The Great Room offers loads of comfortable space with reclining chairs, ottomans, leather couches and an entertainment center with a 65" 4K Smart TV for true vacation relaxation. For the complete package, sit back and enjoy the panoramic ocean views through a wall of glass where you will see a spectacular sunrise every morning...and there are ocean views from nearly every bedroom. The kitchen has 2 Dishwashers and an extra-large Refrigerator along with a Keurig coffeemaker (regular coffeemaker provided too). The granite dining table, chairs and bar stools include pops of teal to bring the sea indoors. The whole family will have hours of fun in the lower-level Recreation Room offering pool table and foosball as well as Hi-Def TV, and Blu-ray player...and the kids will love building with the Legos provided. When you're finished surfing the waves, surf the Internet on the complimentary Wi-Fi and computer or enjoy some channel surfing on the Wide Screen TV. Upstairs there are two Queen Master Bedrooms with private baths, double vanities, and TV/Blu-ray DVD and two bedrooms that each feature a king bed with Casper mattress plus a bunk bed. The King Master Bedroom on the lower level has a private bath, ocean front windows and Casper mattress. The queen bedroom on the lower level has its own access to a full bath. All bedrooms feature gleaming hardwood flooring.

Nighttime sand fiddler crab hunting is popular and, if you time it right, you get a bird's eye view of the full moon over the ocean. You'll love the fun teal colors of the Adirondack chairs and tables on the enlarged ocean front East deck - it's the perfect vantage point for dolphin watching or dining al fresco. The deck outside two of the bedrooms faces West to savor the sunsets and overlooks the pool for easy observing. Have even more fun in the shaded, screened play area under the house with its outdoor ping pong table, picnic table and seating - the south and west sides have now been screened in and the pool side offers closable screen panels to add to your nighttime enjoyment. Horseshoes and corn hole are also offered. Fun swings on the lower level face the sand dunes. A fence encloses the pool and decking and there is plenty of parking. Please note: Pools heated by a solar heat system typically have the potential for the water temperature to get 8-12 degrees warmer than an unheated pool. The maximum temperature is dependent on consistent warm, sunny weather during the day and a relatively small night-time temperature drop.

Note for electric vehicle owners, destination charging is available at Ship Shape! Don’t leave your plug-in hybrid or battery electric vehicle at home this vacation. Bring it to the beach! This property is equipped with a ClipperCreek HCS-40, 7.7kW charging station. Access key available with advance request. In 2023: A glass fence on the lower level Ocean side of the property has been added, that completely encloses the property.

In 2024: New Azek decking will extend east from the pool area to the oceanfront bulkhead and south between the bulkhead and house doubling the size of the outdoor guest area. This will enable more room for guests and for guests to enjoy our oceanfront within a glass enclosed private deck, along with two porch swings.
