Property Description

This beautiful, 3rd row home offers gleaming hardwood floors, gorgeous ocean views and easy beach access up Chub Lane. Tang will be your new favorite place at Sandbridge Beach.

The lower level offers two bedrooms, a king and a bunk room. These two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bath that includes a double sink and shower/tub combo. The garage/rec room brings the outside in and features a pool table, foosball table and lounge area with big screen TV for hours of family fun. The laundry room and a half bath complete this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open great room with gleaming hardwood floor and vaulted ceiling. This bright and airy space has windows and glass doors along the north, east and south walls to let the sun and the ocean views shine in. The kitchen offers quartz countertops, a double oven plus a separate stovetop, and a large pantry for holding all your groceries. Bar stools plus the dining table offer plenty of space to feed the family. A desk is even provided in case you need to do a little work while you’re on vacation.

For your comfort, ceiling fans are provided in each bedroom – except bunk rooms as a safety precaution – as well as the great room and garage/rec room.

The top level also features two king bedrooms with en suite baths that included jetted tubs, plus one queen and one bunk room that share the common hall bath. Roll out of bed, make a cup of coffee and enjoy it on the oceanside deck while you watch the waves rolling in. The sunrises will be amazing too!

You’ll be at the beach in minutes with access just across Sandfiddler Road. Pack a lunch and spend the day boogie boarding, swimming and splashing in the waves. Soak up some sun on the beach and search for sea shells or just spread out your blanket and relax…you’re on vacation!
