Custom designed and built with the vacationer in mind, Top Sail takes advantage of the panoramic views of Sandbridge from this three-story "cottage". Don't worry - the elevator makes moving in and bringing in groceries a breeze.

The game room on the 1st floor (with a view of the indoor pool) includes foosball, ping-pong and other amusement delights. Parents, please note the pool area can be locked for safety of young children when not in use. The billiard table and entertainment center on the 2nd floor overlook the enclosed pool on the ground floor through a fixed window. On the 3rd floor, you will enjoy the living room with gas logs fireplace (available October through April and is not to be used in high wind conditions), dining room, library and media room as well as a fabulous entertainment kitchen featuring a long breakfast bar with plenty of room for onlookers. 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves with ovens, 2 sinks and 2 refrigerators make this kitchen well equipped for more than one great chef.

Other amenities to make your stay more pleasurable include a poolside bar with refrigerator, billiard room wet bar, 2 laundry rooms, full bath adjacent to the indoor pool, private bathrooms for each bedroom, 3 jetted tubs, 2 bathtubs and 4 showers.

Exterior amenities include multi-level decking for sun and shade options, grill, outside shower and storage for beach stuff in the garage. Along with the Indoor Pool for rainy days, you have your own private Outdoor Pool for soaking in the sun! There's nothing like a refreshing dip to cool you off!
