The living room offers seating for everyone with a Smart TV for family movie or game night. The dining space is perfect for family meals or putting together a puzzle. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space for meal prepping and the breakfast bar makes a great place for the kids to grab a snack. This level also features the king master suite, plus a second king bedroom and 2 twins room with a common hall bath. The large outside space offers a deck that overlooks the pool and features a picnic table and chairs for soaking up some sun.
The downstairs offers outside access only and gives additional privacy to the queen room. This level also features a den area with seating and Smart TV, table for card games or puzzles, extra refrigerator, laundry room and full bath. There’s also an area under the deck with a ping pong table and seating that provides a shady space for play or conversations.
The pool area will provide hours of family fun and is gated for additional safety. There’s plenty of seating for lounging or fire up the grill and dine poolside. For privacy, the hot tub is located on the second floor deck off the living area. Easy beach access is just one house south.
