The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with everything you need from stainless steel appliances to all the cooking essentials. The gleaming granite countertops span the length of the kitchen, and there is even a kitchen breakfast bar for additional dining space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which offers room for the whole family to enjoy delicious meals together.

The spacious living room features beachy decor, beautiful hardwood floors, and a spacious sectional which makes this central room the social hub for your stay…grab some popcorn and have a movie night or challenge your family to an epic game night!

The main suite features a King bed and private bath. Sliding doors lead to the balcony overlooking the courtyard pool area and offer a great space for unwinding and taking in that sea breeze. A bedroom with two Twin bunks can be found in the second bedroom and the third room features a Queen bed. The hall bath is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms as is the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, one of which is an ocean front with a swim up bar. There is a hot tub (off season), clubhouse, two exercise rooms and two libraries. Located next door is Little Island Park with its Fishing Pier, Playground, Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
