The top level features an open great room area with new flooring and includes a spacious living room, totally new kitchen with new Stainless Steel appliances and quartz countertops plus a spacious island for additional seating and an open dining area to seat the rest of the family. This level also features a king suite with a gorgeous, spa-like shower that includes dual heads. The oceanside deck offers an amazing view of the ocean and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise.

The middle level features a lounge area with kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge and dishwasher. This level also features three bedrooms – a queen with shared bath access to the hall, a two twin room and a king room, each with hall bath access – and the laundry room (High Efficiency washer requires HE detergent).

The downstairs features a den area with a queen sleep sofa and TV, a full bath with two showerheads and a tub, and a bedroom with two twin bunk beds. There’s also access to the garage/game room with ping pong and foosball for hours of family fun!

Beach access is easy and just south on Bonita Lane. Spend your mornings surfing the waves, searching for seashells and soaking up the sun. After you’ve had your fun at the beach, head back to the house where your oasis awaits with a gorgeous New Pool. Lounge poolside while the kids splash and play or get a little exercise swimming laps in the cool water.

Like your water a little warmer? Beach Blessings offers guests the option of a heated pool for an additional $350+tax/week. This service must be requested and fee paid prior to arrival. Guest will not be refunded if they request the service be turned off after arrival.
